What does "Cancelled" order mean?

Got an order but was Cancelled. What happened in there? Was the customer the one who cancelled the order? Although I got her details such as name, address, email address, and such. What should be done in that case? Remarketing?

*Have not marketed or advertised anything yet. Still customizing my store.

Hi Andre, thanks for answering. But someone also said that that was because of the slow server response and I need to report it on my webhost. My webhost is the alidropship hosting. Is there a 24/7 support from them?

I have an abandoned cart plugin but I am not sure if they were emailed. How would I know? Is that automatic as long as the plug in is activated?

You can see with them.
But if you have details of order and they cancel you must have in the abandoned cart they email , you can see in the plugin if are register they email and if was send

I want to buy but iam very much confused about hosting as it is shared hosting does it load fast and how many traffic visitors alidrop hosting can handle
