Hi, can anyone help me please, I can't access both Cpanel or my site, the support team only asked for my details which I gave them, to look into this issue, they have not responded even after countless messages, I have been left here without answers ..Don't know what to do!!! has anyone experienced similar problems and what was the solution? Screenshot attached. Thanks

Hi, could be a variety of reasons why you are getting that error message but not being able to access cPanel is were it gets tricky. Are you able to connect via ftp? Are your emails working?
(I'm not part of the Alidropship support team so do not have access to your account)

Which support team? If it was Alidropship Support, you really should be contacting your web host support.
If it was your web host support ... ignore this.
