I've submitted the form online to consult with someone for a custom store on Monday 10/15/18 but I've not received any replies yet.

How long does it usually take to get a consultation?

I'm also wondering how many have opted for custom store and what percentage of store owners have seen positive ROI with custom stores. I realize results will vary due to our own marketing efforts as well as our ability to maintain and continue adding viable products to our stores.
