Variations don’t get imported on Flatsome theme.

Hello! Recently, I have encountered variation issue on Flatsome theme. When I import a product with variations and try to view it. I only see single image and there is no variation to select from. I looked at the attributes from the product edit page and there is no attributes added. The AliDropship automatically converts the variation to single product and rest of the content don’t show up.


Can someone help me please?

The issue isn't produced on my end. Don't you edit a product before importing?
Please PM me your domain name and WP login details to check the issue?

Yes I tried as many possible ways I can to add them but I was unable to do so. I do try to edit a product and it doesnt work when I view it.

I've tried to import a product into your store and haven't encountered the issue. The product is imported with all the attributes and all the variations.

Having this same issue. Everything was working fine until literally like 15 minutes ago. And yea I edit the product before importing. Not sure what this is all about.

Even looking at product, it is listing it as a 'Simple Product' instead of a 'Variable Product'

UPDATE: I seemed to figure out my issue, so when I was editing I was deleting the 'Shipping From' variation which in turn completely screwed up all the other variations (ex: color / style / ect) when importing over using the plugin and extension. I had to go ahead and leave the variations completely alone while importing and then change them inside wordpress itself. Up until this point deleting variations editing before import seemed to work fine, but at least it seems there is a work around. So for the time being I am having to leave the import exactly the way it is and edit everything through wordpress (yes this includes title, URL, ect) otherwise its not grabbing variations at all or correctly (showing variation name instead of picture).
