Can I replace a product page link in the alidropship plugin with a relevant affiliate link through an affiliate account which I already have and continue to earn affiliate commission, without affecting the functionalities of the alidropship plugin, like auto updating of product details?

It's easy, just
- Go to AliDropship settings.
- Enter affiliate link.
- Save.
Thanks for your response. But how sure are you that the product stock and price auto update will continue to work once its done?
