Got this now a few times, and this results in missing checkouts/payments.
Buyer fill in all details, and fill in a username to register.
Then buyer try to pay with paypal, then the plugin gives a message that the username already been taken. (this error popup is not so visible for all users)
Buyer tried to checkout again, and again, but probably he can't see this popup that username has been taken, or he signed up before with it and/or forgot it.
This is not the first time this occurred. I could disable register at checkout however I still have customers who want to checkup their orders in the account section.
