I have 3 problems with my website:
(1). The users are unable to register a new account from my account page - after filling in the required info, click submit button, the same page reloads without any message indicating whether successful or fail, and there is no email received. Go to admin area user setting, clearly, there is no user created.
(2). the existing user cannot log in from my account page - after entering username and password, the same page reloads it without any message. Even if the user created from the admin area.
(3). Admin user cannot log in from my account page - after entering website admin's username and password, the same page reloads without any message. But only if after logging in host cPanel and click "login to wordpress" button in another session, then close the browser, go to my website, I am able to login admin from my account page.
However, if I log in or register a user using mywebsite/wp-admin/, there is no any problem. I highly suspect my account page was crashed. Since Alidropship created the website for me, I am wondering if you can take a look at?
