How can i edit the message shown in the page after someone register as user in your store?

You can change the message in AliDropship -> Settings -> Accounts -> Customer Account.

The only option in costumer account is enable and disable no option to edit message

You can edit Comfirm message text only, messages on the previous steps can't be edited.

After someone register it says that i need to confirm my account and i need to check my email for confirmation link, but there was no email sent to the email address that i register, how can i fix this please? Thanks...

You should go to AliDropship -> Settings -> Notifications -> and check Customer account creation notification, send a test.
