User can't create a account while placing a order

a user places an order and clicks create an account while placing an order he added user name and password and the payment detail and he finishes the checkout process receive the order detail I receive the payment and the order detail but his account was never created this is the second time it happened with another user went he tries to log in says user doesn't exist I check there no account created but the order is placed he created an account with the same email he place the order but in his account appear with no order any help this keep happening with 2 user already

Hi there ;) Thanks for reporting the problem. Do you still experience it? We will check on our test sites if the issue can be reproduced.
