Could anyone tell me how to unblock my website URL that I can share the product links on my Facebook fan page and that customers can directly go to my website via shop now button?

You can just copy and paste it into a post on your fan page

For a particular post, you cannot put a "Shop Now" button, that is for paid Ads. You can only put your Shop Now button on the top of your fan page like the picture below
