Hi Christina, I have already followed every instruction on this manual to the tee but the problem still persists. Can you please try to simulate this problem using your demo site that is using Raphael theme? I suspect the Upsell offer may not be working on Raphael theme thank you page.

Upsell doesn't display on Mobile too, unless phone display is on Landscape mode

Same to me, since latest updates upsell doesn't display on mobile (shopping cart). It seems to be hidden below the fold. I'm on Raphael theme.

Yes for me as well. The upsells on shopping cart are not visible unless on landscape mode.
