Uploading tracking info to PayPal?

Hi guys,

Just a quick question for those of you using PayPal - do you upload tracking/shipping info into PayPal apart from the emails that are being sent via AliDrophsip? Because I've read in some ecom related sites that some people do this, however not sure how/if this would affect anything and whether it's really necessary to do it.

I have been uploading tracking numbers. I have read somewhere that it helps if you get a chargeback on Paypal. Didn't have any but you never know.

Thanks, exactly what I read the other day but haven't uploaded any until now. Maybe good to start doing it going forward.

I think that it can't hurt. But it can be a pain in the ass if you have a lot of orders.

its not mandatory. Only upload when you get customer message or any dispute or paypal ask you to do it. you will be fine.
