UPGRADING HOSTING PLAN TO GOLD

Hi,

I am currently on a Silver hosting plan. I would like to upgrade to a Gold plan. How do I upgrade my hosting using my billing account? Where could I access my hosting billing account?

And do I just have to pay the difference between the cost of a Silver plan which I am currently in, and a Gold plan?

Please advise.
