Unable to setup smtp - No error shown

I am using Alidropship Hosting service.
Trying to setup the smtp settings , however nothing is happening and unable to send test email.
Can some help or guide for the issue here ?.

Did you create your email? What is your email provider? , because how i know alidropship have no one email provider.

Thanks for your input, as mentioned I am using Alidropship hosting and email account is created using the same.

How? I didn't know alidropship provide mail hosting ...until a year ago they didn't have mail hosting.

They have standard webmail can manage from cpanel, but does Woocommerce have test email? I thougt only original have test email
