Yes. The sellers offering free shipping will raise their prices to cover the increase. For me, I will accept the slightly less profit margin. I'm not greedy.
This only affects U.S sales.
How you deal with it is up to you. Raise your prices and get less sales? Keep prices the same and get less profit?
