after 8 months running a webstore I got first sale (not branded kitchen stuff store). I did not do any advertisement, only some ads in Facebook. It is a long period of time, but I feel lucky nad happy!
Anyway, after 17 days tracking status does not change: "Shipment accepted by airline". I have sent tracking ids to costumer, but she can not see anything. I guess it is because parcel carrier does not provide any information? It is shiped be free China Post Service.
What could you recommend to write for my customer? Why can't she see any tracking info? (except that parcel is accepted by airline).
