I have got the code from Aliexpress. When i check it on Aliexpress site it shows up that the prodcut is being sent through "Cainiao", however when i try to check it on my site it shows " This tracker cannot be found, please check by selecting carrier manually.".....However when i checked the option of CAiNIAO is not avaialble. How do i inform or mange this issue with the customer.
2) In addition the CAINIAO site has links to Aliexpress site at the bottom of the page.....How to i manage this without sending the website link of CAINIAO.
