Tracking number written twice and hyperlinked resulting in not found

Can you check on the tracking number, its written twice and all hyperlinked resulting in "information not found" error.

Hello , where do you have double Tracking IDs ? on what page?
The result of tracking search is not a plugin features. It is option of Tracking service.

On the following locations:
1. Inside the wordpress under the plugin under orders.
2. On my webstore when customer login to check status.
3. On the email sent to customer to inform them of the tracking ID.
