Sorry for confusing. Not every country has same shipping methods. USA has epacket, which has tracking info, UK has CHINA AIR with tracking info, but for example Germany cheapest with tracking info is 19$. I don`t think you will be using this method to get tracking info. It is impossible to know earlier every product`s cheapest tracked method for each country. Here is an example:

Personally, i do nothing, when a customer contacts me about the tracking information I say that it's not available with free shipping or something, this is why it's hard to scale your business internationally with Dropshipping.
