Hi Zak,
FYI as it will help when asking for support, the code you're referring to in WordPress/WooCommerce is called a Shortcode (they're always in the square brackets [ ] like that). Rather than referring to a tracking number of some custom script/code.
When you add the shortcode to the page, does it show an error or does nothing happen at all? In what way is it not working?
