So I got my first order. I went to fulfill order and thenI get a message "Products in your cart are different than the ordered products". And under Status the message says "This product is not available for purchase".
So, I was very confused by this but I went ahead and continued within alidropship and the order was transferred into AliExpress. In AliExpress I was unable to select Free Shipping which is what the customer got for shipping option. Why is Free Shipping available to the customer but then it is not available to us? Now due to the shipping charge I am losing money on the order.
