Theme is messed up after setting up https

Theme's pictures are all gone, internal and the ones I've uploaded like the logo etc. Also can't access AliDropship plugin anymore it keeps asking for license. This all happened after adding the retarded HTTPS crap for the Stripe to work again as many of my customers are using CC. Please help how to fix it, there are other problems like internal categories links are still going to http etc/
