Theme davinci - Tanslations problemes

Theme davinci, file to translate .po don’t have all need terms to translate, or the .php files don’t have the correct code to accept translation on some sentences:

The theme works well for English, but whoever wants to have a version in another language, needs to see the above-mentioned ploblemas solved.

These were the translation problems encountered so far, I will update the list throughout the translation I am doing for Portuguese.
