Thank you message does not send after order

Hello,

Before making my shop public, I made a trial by buying one of my products. Everything is going well but once arrived at the thank you page of the order, it tells me that an email was sent to my mailbox but since yesterday, I have not received anything (nothing spamm and my mailbox works because I receive other mails).

Can you help me ?

Is your mail settings well configured? I guess not, try having another look at it. Note that if your account isn't yet active, it won't work.
