Yes, definitely you can change themes, and yes again you have to customize your site every time you change themes. Each theme have different design, features and capabilities.

si utilizas la version del plugin original solo puedes cambiar el theme que trabaja con la version del plugin, si trabajas con el plugin woo puedes cambiar el theme por cualquier theme
