Suspended Hosting - Need help to unsuspend / have already paid for hosting

Hi,

I was surprised to see that my website had been suspended without notifying me that my hosting was due for renewal. I have read online this has been a problem with Alidropship for some time, I am surprised no one has fixed this (Is it that hard?)

I paid for new hosting, only to discover that my website was not unsuspended, but my cpanel is also not unsuspended.

I spoke to Yaros, who told me to post this issue here.

Someone please help me.
