This has been my experience with support this week:
Me: My website isnt working, I can't sell or import anything - Can you please help?
Wait 24 hours...
AD: Have you got the latest update?
Me: Yes
Wait 24 hours...
AD: Can we have a login?
Me: Yes
Wait 24 hours...
AD: The login doesn't work
Me: Here is the correct login.
Wait 24 hours...
AD:Can we have a login?
And so on ad nauseum - what the heck is going on with support!

Hello, could you please describe your issue? because you start a thread in Technical issue section. As I can't see your email - I can't look through your emails with our support. Please let me remind you that you may use live chat to speed up your issue solving.

There's no support. Still waiting for a reply to my problem with paypal express and abandoned emails ;)
