Super Sale % off all Items

Hello Everyone. I am new to this, so plse be patient. When my store was first set up, it came with a Super Sale % off all items. Is it normal practice to continue like this or can I change the % amount to suit me etc. Im a little confused. If I can change it across the entire website, how do I do it?

Hello -
I am setting up my first discount coupon and have a similar question. The field "Specify how many times this coupon code can be used." is per person or total? I want all customers to be able to use this coupon 1 time so I set "Usage" to 1 and "never expires". Does this sound correct?

Hello - this is a total amount of how many times 1 or several customers may use this.
