Sub Categories Not Populating

While establishing a new drop shipping website the plug in stopped populated new subcategories with products. I have1category set up with 6 sub categories within it. The first 3 categories populated the products added but the last 3 only show the name of the category. I have tried to delete and recreate the sub categories and it still isn't working. Any tips
