SR and Welcome Message

Hello,

I'm using the latest Social Rabbit plugin. I'm in testing phase of the plugin.
It seems the "Welcome Message" in Settings > Tools is not working at all.
Am i missing something?

I'm not receiving a welcome message when I follow (instagram and twitter) at all.
Both account are authorized and "welcome message" is activated.

You got it wrong. It is the other way around. Welcome message is sent to your follower, not you receive welcome message from your follower.

Yes, I understand it perfectly.

I did the test.
SR is running on Account A.
Account B followed Account A on instagram and twitter.
Both account B (insta and twitter) got no welcome message from Account A.

In Twitter, see below where you will see the welcome message sent to your follower.

Thanks but the problem I have is I don't receive any message at all!
There's no message like your screenshot either.
From Twitter or Instagram, both or not working.

Maybe I have a problem with my wordpress/settings?
My licence is well activated so I don't understand

Also, I have the latest Rabbit Social installed.

Here's some screenshot:
Social Rabbit is well activated, Welcome Message activated and screenshot from Twitter : SR app is on the account, got 1 follower and no message is sent. As the follower, it didn't receive any welcome message.

Update!

So I didn't change anything but it's working on Instagram after a REALLY LONG delay (like 5 hours?). I unfollowed since then and got the message long after.
Still nothing on Twitter. Maybe The plugin have some delay.

Can someone tell me? Is it related to my wordpress server so I can fix it?

Followed after I turned on Welcome Message function!
For Instagram, it seems there's a delay but I wonder if it's related to the latest Instagram core Update (they are super strict on bot now).

Kurisu, of course, it won't send a message immediately. The checking if there are any new followers is done once a day.
Anyway, PM me your wp access details ( link, login and password) and the same for cPanel, we will check.
