[SOLVED] Inventory Picture on Aliexpress Server

Hello.

Even though I have it setup so Alidropship uploads the images to my server, one of the products that setup, the variation of the product has an imaged attached to it. So when the customer chooses either one, it loads an image that resides in the Aliexpress server.

I can't see where to edit this picture, is not under Gallery within the product. If i click on inventory, I see the inventory of all the different variations and I can see the picture there, however can't edit it.

Is there anyway to edit this?

This is an unusual case, so I recommend that you send your WP admin access details with the details of this query to support@alidropship.com so that we have a closer look into this matter.

Actually, after further inspection, I see that now they are on my server, but still I am unable to easily edit/change this pictures, unless I rename a new picture the exact same name and upload via ftp. Writing to support now.

Thanks for the guidance and help.

For those wondering this was achieved by clicking on the + button on the variations tab of the product, this opens up the selection and allows to replace the pictures once clicked.

I have a similar issue. My images are not stored on my server. However, I replaced a product supplier to a different supplier, and now I can't get the default product images to replace to the new images. How do I do this? I am unable to re-import the new product, since it says "Product already imported" now.

You can delete that product and reimport it. When you use Change supplier option it updates prices and stock , but doesn't influence description and images.

Hi Victoria, I tried trashing the product and doing that but the Chrome extension says it's already imported still. I'll give it another go, thanks.

You need to empty trash as well before import. Not just delete an item.
