Social rabbit don't run automatically

I already ask for help from social rabbit support team but I'm not getting nowhere because when I get answer for the issu is always answer for something else but not the actual problem.

So the problem is the social rabbit since upgrade don't run automatically. I can post and promote manually but not doing nothing automatically.

Anybody have same issu or anybody have an idea what can be the problem?

Elena I already emailed you few times and you wasn't able to fix the issu or answer the last email.
I send the WP login and password again but if you can't fix it or find the issu I want to cancel the social rabbit because no point if is not working.
