Hi,

Everytime on 2 separate sites I update Social Rabbit to the latest version the site goes down with an Error500. Why is this please?

Make sure Social Rabbit is compatible with PHP version.

The auto updates download the PHP5 version ... go to the Social Rabbit site and download the correct PHP version for your site.

https://socialrabbitplugin.com/download/

Then uninstall/delete it from your site and upload/install/activate the new one. No settings will be lost.

Hi guys. Thank you that worked perfectly, the php version was already correct it was the actual update version that was the problem.
