site health status/Alidropship plugin

I have had my store running for a long time but I am still new at how it actually all runs. Not sure where to ask these questions.

Is the Alidropship plugins compatible with PHP 7.4.
I am running 7.3.27

I also have 1 critical error on my site health status Background updates are not working as expected

  • Error Some files are not writable by WordPress:

and also a scheduled even is late
The scheduled event, ads_cron_image_upload_event, is late to run. Your site still works, but this may indicate that scheduling posts or automated updates may not work as intended.

Hello. Alidropship is fully functional with PHP 7.4. The problem is that if you change the version you may have compatibility problems between versions. Regarding the files that cannot be written, it sounds to me that it may be a problem of permissions in the directories. See to change the permissions, if not, you can also try to do a reinstallation of wordpress by ftp to correct all the permissions.

There are servers that experience a similar issue with "cron" in certain sync directives, there are issues in some plugins, and when you send a sync, it just doesn't send it. These problems are very common on CentOS and Ubuntu Server. Everything will depend on whether your server is based on Apache or Ngix. I recommend that in order not to have synchronization problems and not touch the Server (if you don't know what to do) the best thing you can do is work with a Cron remotely.
