Shipping Options table not populating

Hi Guys,
I have difficulties in populating the Shipping Options...not showing at the check-out cart as well as individual product shipping tabs. Tried to set the Free shipping but didn't work. Image attached..thanks in advance for your help.

I did email to tech support department and told me to do the following steps, it might work for you as well. Mine is all good now..

With the shipping zone, could you please try deactivating and activating the Alidropship plugin? That should help.

Thankyou, it worked. I got the options.
But there's still some problem.
I set the paid shipping, but it is not adding the shipping amount to the actual amount, not on: customer Info cart, shipping options, payment info steps.
