I want to promote a free + shipping offer.

But how can I add shipping costs based on product weight

Let's say I make the product weight '1'. And '1' equals $ 9.95.
Weight '2' equals $ 12.95 / Weight '3" equals $ 16.95 and so on ...

How can I incorporate this ?

I do not want the user to pay 2 times 9.95 when ordering 2 products.

How can I add the shipping costs based on product weight ?

I'm afraid this feature is not available in the plugin at this point. All shipping rates are fixed and do not vary from product to product.
