Sellika Error and lack of features

Dear ADS Team,

Sellika is lacking in many features: not getting the proper title, wrong keyword suggestions, keywords without monthly search volume, competition and difficulty info, and unused credits that must be carried forward to next month (like another platform provides).

I am also getting this error:
