Sellers on AliExpress with 50.000 followers but no rating ??

How it is possible that a seller who is on the market for several years and has more than 40.000 followers has no ratings ?

Means that not even 10 people gave a rate to this seller ?
Can the seller just erase the negative ratings he received ?
Something's quite fishy in that, don’t you think ?

I understood that now there won't be any feedback score anymore (since beginning 2018), no more crowns.
