You are making a profit from selling retail goods. I'd check the German Tax Department website on what taxes you need to pay while you are waiting for a German to come along here. (Haven't seen any so far).
But at first, you'd probably only need to concern yourself with simple "Income Tax" i.e tax on your sales profits. You may also need to pay VAT. Once those profits are over a certain amount, there may be other taxes like GST in some countries.
