Security & Cache Plugins Recommendations ?!

Please, is there any recommendations regarding to the Security plugin such as WordFence or any others? and the Cash Plugin such as WP Super Cache & WP Rocket or any others? in term of necessarily and compatibility?

WordFence

Is compatible i never have issue with this security plugin.

But if you already have wordfence before you install the cache plugin is possible to ask you backup your .htaccess file.

Is happened to me with litespeed cached plugin

I already installed WordFence, and it is good to know that it is compatible with Aldropship plugin.
Do you recommend Litespeed or WP Super Cache or any others for caching ? (I'm using original Alidropship plugin)
