Screen Goes Black after importing item?

This just started Every time I add a new product via the Chrome extension (which I love by the way) the screen goes black. I have to refresh the page to get it back. Also, sometimes the option to import is not there either. I tried to clear the cache and doesn't seem to help.

The plugin/extension is also throwing a ton of errors. This only started recently. maybe it has to do with the update?

Any ideas?

Which one? The plugin or the extension?
404 errors mean something can't find something. Usually because of a non existent file or piece of code in a file ... and that sometimes happens when something is out of date.

Make sure both the plugin and the extension are the latest.

If that's not the problem ... you need to get support to check it. It's impossible to say with such limited info ... support@alidropship.com

it is the chrome extension and has nothing to do with the plugin.

But you were mentioning the plugin anyway. Hence my query.

As for the extension, is it up to date? Have you removed it and re-installed it?

Is Chrome itself up to date? You have to manually update Chrome by clicking the 3dot/hamburger menu, top right , then >Help>About Google Chrome

Yes, everything is up to date. I am a developer by trade and have seen this with other extensions in the past. It is directly related to the chrome extension. Also, tested on a different system with the same issue.
