Sale Pricing Issue with Manual Update

I have tried 1) individual product update and 2) mass manual update, both with the same outcome;

AliExpress Full Price: $6.50
AliExpress Sale Price: $3.50

My pricing formula = x2

My store full price: Expected: $13, Actual: $0/NA
My store sale price: Expected: $7, Actual: $7

Is this a known issue or am I doing something wrong?

I understand you just want to fix the issue, and so do I, but is it not best to first try troubleshooting - there may be other customers with the same problem?

This is common situation when issues that seems to be the identical are not identical at all when you see site settings

Hi Victoria,

Support resolved the "0"original price on one of my product. However it happens again when I imported two products using the Chrome extension. I have been waiting for 2 days without response as I am asking support what should we do in the setting or steps to avoid this same problem going forward. Please assist if you know the issues and solutions, thanks.
