Sale price empty when using Direct Import

1) Alidropship plugin :

When i click ' USE DIRECT IMPORT' red button to import products : price, SKU, tag are empty, imported.



but when i search a product through wordpress plugin and import this, price, sku and tag are filled in well:



-In this case, product becomes IS visible on the website.

2) Alidropship plugin Woocommerce

-When i click ' USE DIRECT IMPORT' red button to import products : price, SKU, tag are not empty, not imported.
-In this case, product IS NOT visible on the website.

What is the difference in 'USE DIRECT IMPORT' between the Alidropship plugin & Alidropship plugin woocommerce ?
I would like to use 'Alidropship plugin' because this a lot of features like ORDERS, REPORTS,...that Alidropship Woo plugin does not have.
Which one do i need to use for me ?i am a little bit confused.

Hello,

It looks like you're using an incorrect version of plugin with WooCommerce. You have to use AliDropship Woo with your WooCommerce webstore, please find it in the email you've received after making the purchase.

i have same problem..

i use alidropship plugin with michaelangelo themes.. when i import product, it look fine at shop page, product thumbnail has showed. but if i click to product page, product photo has gone. price not showed. only description and rewiew tab that i can look.

Dear Igor thank you for your reply, indeed my problem is that, by using Alidropship + Alidropship Woo + Woocommerce plugins + Shopper theme, it does not work, 'Even' if you deactivate only the Alidropship plugin and leave Alidropship Woo + Woocommerce plugins + Shopper theme, this will still NOT work. You must clean all first.

Dear Meru, here is the solution :

1) DROP all wordpress databases & tables to have a fresh database.(you connect to the database through 'phpmyadmin')
2) DELETE wordpress folders (wp-admin, wp-content,wp-includes, and the *.php files) by connecting with FTP
3) Install through the panel/browser OR Unzip the latest Wordpress version on the server
4) Install ONLY Alidropship Woo + Woocommerce plugins + Shopper theme
5) Now, it should work properly.
