that is the css for reduce the space on banner play with the setting for you put it how you like.

No, because I looked again and the checkout file in the theme file was wrong, I'm still looking for it

@media (max-width: 767px) or @media (min-width: 767px)
You can use @media for you apply ccs code in different breakpoint from you website (for example if you want to hide the top to bar arrow from mobile ,but you want to have it on desktop, you can use it)

If you don't use it like that you css code apply in all the version of you site (desktop,mobile, taplet)
