Rounding not working

The rounding function doesn't work anymore, what it does it rounds everything up to the first number

My row for rounding is 19,25,29,39,47,49,59,69,79,89,99 and all products and variations are being rounded up to to ,19 no matter what the number after the decimal is

please advice

I have the same problem. All items rounded up to .19
