ripped off by shipping options

How do you guys manage this? When you import this product, all the 'ships from' is imported. On your site, a customer can select purchase from Russia and pay you less. However, when you make the purchase for your customer, you have to select pay from China and lose all your profit!

Remove "ship from" option from variations and have one price for all.

Thanks but this is a manual effort so for 1, 500 products, it would be insane! Any better solution?

It is not possible to remove the Ship from variation. There is a number of threads about this, take time to search. Also, there are warehouses that a buyer can order but turn out that the product cannot be delivered to his country, e.g. warehouse in Russia for shipping address in the U.S. This is an issue being discussed in another thread.
