You can't do this via customization. But you may do this via CSS settings.

A bit different question, but still related to reviews - is there an option for the client/customer to leave/add a review? And if not is there a plan to incorporate it with the next versions of the plugin. Because at the moment it looks very weird to have reviews for your products but to be unable to write one. It instantly raises the question on how these reviews ended up being there...
