We receive about 20-30 complains [ a month ] ...almost one every day of customers that receive a package from us [ via Ali Express ] and ask where the package is from..........and the delivery guy says.....don't know....there is no sender info on the package.....so it must be AliExpress. In our case that is extremely Negative and we need to avoid this.

Why is it.....that there is no SENDER on the package? Sender as in the name and address of your store?

And how can we get it done that stores put the senders name and address on the package. [ Also very handy when a package is lost and there is a return address ]

The buyer know the store he ordered the package. Every online store has thousands of sellers, packages are shipped from different locations and nobody care about it.
