Responding to Customer's Negative FB Comments

I received a comment regarding a product that I advertise on FB on a video and someone replied that they can save hundreds of dollars buying something cheaper, but what they are referring to is something that studies have shown to be detrimental to ones health.

What is the best way to reply to their Comment?

I will never respond to this way of comments... I will Only answer if I be asking specific for something !

If you are not using the keyword blocking feature in your Facebook page's settings, you deserve all the bad comments you get. ;)

And again ... this has been covered in this forum already. And that includes doing the same for your site/store and your Instagram account.
