My mailgun account is active and verified.
But I did not receive an email from the system, after tried Test Email.
How do you solved it?

Please make sure you've added the API key and sending domain (the one you've added in your Mailgun account) correctly.
Please also check if the email address you've entered in the 'Send copy to' field of Notifications is properly set up and fully working. If it's a server email address, please refer to this article:

Domain Mailgun is incorrect - it should be just your domain name, the domain that you verified in your Mailgun account.
